Marketing Planning and Implementation
An integrated marketing plan, implemented simply, optimizes the objectives for awareness, brand loyalty, parent satisfaction and critically, pupil numbers.
Our experience across the school sector allows you to draw upon the services of experienced marketing professionals who can direct, focus and deliver a working marketing programme as an external resource which is therefore highly cost effective.
We work with you to identify and agree objectives which are then translated into all the elements within the marketing mix.
You can select all or any of the services offered including:
- Origination of Marketing Strategy and translation into aims and objectives with supporting Marketing Plan
- Leading the implementation of marketing activity with designated marketing team, monitor and review as appropriate.
- Assist in managing the school’s marketing budget
- Ensure school branding is established and ‘polished’
- Further increase pupil numbers via development initiatives
- Maintain updated information on market and market sector, on the marketplace and competitors including fees and scholarships
- Plan and implement effective PR and advertising campaigns with local media using opportunities afforded by school events; links with the community; newsletters; forums; information evenings; coffee morning; business partnerships.
- Support marketing activities with printed materials; prospectus; handbooks; information leaflets
- Promote and develop the website
